There is nothing quite like visiting your local orchard in the fall. So grab your group and head out to our Versailles Orchard in September and October to enjoy all the things you love most about autumn. NEW THIS YEAR: Wednesdays are dedicated exclusively to Middle School and High School groups (Grades 6–12) with a tour format tailored for older students.
Students will learn how pumpkins & apples grow, discuss the seasons of growth, pollinators, and more! Everyone will enjoy a tractor ride to the pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin, while there be sure to grab two freshly harvested apples from a bin. In addition to pumpkin picking, enjoy a tractor & wagon ride around the farm. Cider and a donut sample will be served, too! Make sure you save time to enjoy our expanded kids corral fun area. The attractions kids can’t get enough of include: Swineland Pig Races, Rat Races, Woodford 500 Trikes, and the loveable animals to name a few. The cost for the Combination Apple & Pumpkin Picking Tour is $12/person for students, adults, and siblings. There is no fee for teachers and aids as employed by the school; a school ID must be presented at check-in time. There will be no tours September 30 - October 3.

Reminders• Minimum of 10 students to book• Anyone attending the field trip is required to pay the admission fee, same as a child.• Dress for the weather and teachers please bring permanent markers to write the kids names on pumpkin sticker.• Please have payment ready when you arrive. All payments are non-refundable. Excess payment will be refunded through the corporate office. No cashback or giftcards will be given at the admission booth.• Send a representative to the School Tour Tent to check in while students unload.
WEDNESDAYS = GRADES 6–12 ONLY. Middle School and High School groups have exclusive access on Wednesdays. Please book Elementary and Preschool groups on Thursday, or Friday.
Homeschool Tour Group PolicyTuesdays are designated for homeschool groups seeking a quieter, more laid-back experience. Homeschool tours are available Tuesdays from September 22 through October 27.
The cost is $12 per person for students, siblings and adults. For every 15 students, one adult chaperone will receive free admission. Additional chaperones are welcome and will be charged the regular $12 school tour rate.
