By visiting and participating in activities at Eckert's, Inc. I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that there are inherent risks associated with participating in pick-your-own activities, including but not limited to, uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, and other natural hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit.
2. Personal Responsibility: I agree to follow all farm rules and instructions provided by farm staff. I am responsible for supervising any minors in my care and ensuring their compliance with farm rules.
3. Health and Safety: I certify that I am in good health and have no conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in activities on the farm. I will promptly report any injuries or health concerns to farm staff.
4. Liability Release: I hereby release and discharge Eckert's, Inc., its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or related to my visit, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss.
5. Photographic Release: I consent to the use of photographs or video taken during my visit for promotional or marketing purposes by Eckert's, Inc.
6. Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while on the premises.
